The Trojan Manufacturing Company was established in 1961. Odel Rodgers, an employee of the Hamner Oil Co., started building horse walkers for the owner, Mr. Hamner. He then began building them for his friends and business associates in the oil business. Soon the company and it's walkers became known throughout the nation. In the 1970's an accounting CPA partnership from Duncan, OK, purchased the company from Hamner. This was the beginning of international sales of our horse walkers, which at that time were also purchased by many celebrities, singers and professional athletes. If you are looking for quality you just found it! Widely used by trainers of all breeds of horses, in all phases of conditioning. In 1991 Dan Kingcade purchased the company.  Because of expansion, he relocated
the business to Windthorst and added a location in Wichita Falls, TX.
Because of the popular demand of our product, we were running out of space again in 2000, so the Wichita Falls location was closed and we relocated to our current location in Iowa

All products are built and supervised by various family members, which keeps things running smoothly and keeps the quality of the product up to our high standards. We have our own service department, and deliver the products all over the US. We also set up the horse walkers, if the customer prefers. |
